We always request the highest of standards from our team of cleaning staff and all rooms are checked by a supervisor prior to being released. However, mistakes can happen and if at anytime you are unhappy with any aspect of cleanliness, please do not hesitate to bring it to our attention and we shall rectify it immediately.

Where we are happy that they are able to perform to the standards required, we always try to use Green Friendly cleaning materials.
