Every day our aim is simply – to make our Guests Happy!

Our Reception is open from 6.30am-10pm mon- thursday & Sat & 8am - 9pm fri & - sun - please ask if there is anything we can help you with - Check-ins must take place between these hours. 

Service is critical to the overall Guest experience and we really do go that extra smile!

If however we don’t get it right, for whatever reason, please tell us and we shall always endeavour to sort out any issue in a professional and Guest considerate manner.

We really hope that from the minute a new Guest walks into our Reception, they feel the difference, we are not part of a large budget motel chain, we are privately owned and really do value the custom of every single Guest that stays at Happy Guests Lodge.

We feel we have gone out of our way to be honest and tell you exactly what to expect and as our Guest, we will go to the ends of the earth to make you happy. However, our experience shows that there are some Guests who are simply looking for problems before they have even stepped through the front door - if you are that person - please don’t stay here - as if you are upsetting us, it is highly likely that you are in danger of upsetting our Guests as well and that is very much at odds with our central philosophy – to make our Guests Happy!
